David Higgins: Technical Support Specialist

David has been with us at Magrathea for almost 3 months as a Technical Support Specialist even though he said “It feels a lot longer as I’ve been made to feel like part of the team from day one”.

David’s primary role within the company is a Technical Support Specialist, part of our team of engineers handling client queries and monitoring and maintaining our network . When we asked him what he enjoys most about being here at Magrathea, David told us “I enjoy the overall challenge and working with a team that is both approachable and super knowledgeable”.

We then asked David what he least enjoys, to which he replied “If I had to think of something, it would be when it rains on the way to the office, the only time I don’t really enjoy my motorbike”.

When asked what he finds the most challenging/rewarding in his role, David told us “Adapting the knowledge I gained in previous roles and building on it to get the most out of myself.  Continuing to learn new aspects of the industry, to me, are both rewarding and challenging”.

David told us that,in his spare time, he enjoys trips out on his motorbike seeing different corners of the country and spending time with family and friends.
