MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
At Magrathea we are committed to providing a working environment for all staff that respects their fundamental rights and freedom.
We are equally committed to preventing modern slavery throughout our operations and supply chain.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR COMMITMENT?
The Directors of Magrathea have overall responsibility for ensuring Magrathea complies with our legal and ethical obligations.
Our Managing Director has primary and day-to-day responsibility for implementing and overseeing the polices and processes which underpin our commitment, including our recruitment and pay strategies.
HOW DO WE IMPLEMENT OUR COMMITMENT INTO OUR OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN?
All staff at all levels are expected to follow our internal policy on modern slavery and report any concerns to their team lead or our Managing Director, using the Whistleblowing policy if appropriate.
When contracting with a new supplier or for a new service we will undertake a 3rd party review including questions about their approach to preventing modern slavery.
We will terminate any relationship with individuals and organisations working on our behalf or supplying to us, if they fail to meet our commitment to preventing modern slavery.
We continually review our internal policies and procedures to ensure we are meeting our commitment.
