This International Men’s Day, we are joining the global celebration of the positive contributions that men and boys make to our workplaces, families and communities.
The 2025 theme, “Celebrating Men and Boys,” invites us to take a moment to recognise the value they bring – not just in achievements or milestones – but in the everyday acts of kindness, support, curiosity and humour that make life a little brighter.
At Magrathea, we’re proud to work alongside men who embody these qualities every day – team players, problem-solvers, mentors, dads, friends, siblings and colleagues who approach challenges with calm heads, good humour – often delivered with a cup of tea! ☕
Today however is also a day to acknowledge the importance of wellbeing and open conversation. Mental health doesn’t discriminate, and encouraging the men and boys in our lives to talk, listen and most importantly feel comfortable in seeking support if and when they need it helps create stronger, kinder teams and communities.
So today, we pause to celebrate all the men and boys – those within our own team, our clients, our families and friends – who bring balance, support and a dash of Magrathea brilliance to everything they do. 💜
